Sue Helm with local veterans at the Seventh Annual Community Family Fun Fall Festival

Representative Sue Helm attended the Seventh Annual Community Family Fun Fall Festival on September 17 at Elizabethville Borough Park. This year’s festival included a special dedication to the men and women of the 131st Transportation Unit who have fought to bring freedom to our country.

Sue helped in presenting a citation in loving memory of three local soldiers who gave their lives for our freedom in Afghanistan on Monday, July 18, 2011. They are true heroes whose dedication and selflessness will never be forgotten.
